Centennial Ball Drop

As part of this year's Burns Lake Centennial celebrations, the Lakes District Fall Fair has the pleasure of serving as the host for a special charity  fundraiser . Long time resident Johnny Johnson has organized a helicopter ball drop to raise funds for the Burns Lake & Lakes District Healthcare Ladies Auxiliary, which has been helping our community for the last 85 years!

To enter the event, all you have to do is go to one of the participating retailers and purchase a ticket for a numbered ball. At noon on Sunday, WestLand Helicopters will fly over the Eagle Creek Fairgrounds and airdrop the numbered balls onto a target. The numbers closest to the center of the target will win the prize. So come on out and support an amazing local group, and you might win a great prize as well!

The ball drop will be at 12:00PM on Sunday, September 10th on site at the fair grounds
